While the site incorporates all of the website tools and features, mobile-specific features such as locating branches/ATM, phone banking (click-to-call), etc., were brought to the forefront. The unique swipe feature enables users to toggle between menus effortlessly. To top it all off, the site offers a tailor-made experience for each handset, automatically redirecting a user to the appropriate version of the site.
With the app-like mobile site experience, Axis Bank was able to successfully establish itself as a tech-savvy brand that’s in step with the times.
